50th Anniversary Schwinn Paramount track bike (P14) - SLX - SunTour

1987 Schwinn Paramount track bike ( 50th anniversary edition) .  Full SunTour Superbe track group. Most of the 50th anniversary track bikes I have seen are metallic blue and in very used and beat-up shape. Mine is different in that it came painted metallic blue and white from the Schwinn Waterford, WI facility where all Paramounts were being made. The tubing used for the frame is Columbus SLX (stiffer than Columbus SL). The condition of the bike is excellent with any paint chips touched up. I am pretty certain that all 50th anniversary models were equipped with SunTour Superbe track groups.
